If you want us to email the Gift Certificate for you:
When you purchase a Gift Certificate you can tell us what day you want us to email the recipient that you've given them the gift of sewing and quilting. It could be their birthday, Christmas, Hanukkah or a random day - it's up to you!
There are two ways to print the Gift Certificate:
1) Download the PDF, print and fill out the to/from by hand
2) Personalize and download the gift certificate at Canva.com, then download and print.

What information do you need from me?
We want to make it easy to give a Gift Certificate so all we need from you is your name and email address and the name of the person you are giving the Gift Certificate to and their email address (it's much easier if you have it and if you want us to email the Gift Certificate - you definitely need it). That allows us to match your gift with the email when the recipient contacts us to start the membership.
How are the Gift Certificates redeemed?
If the Gift Certificate was emailed to the recipient, the directions are included in the email.
If the Gift Certificate was printed, here are directions on the Gift Certificate but basically, the person you gift with a membership will email us and give us the length of their gifted membership, your name and email address so we can confirm the details. They will also let us know their name and the email they want to use with the membership. We will then get them set up in the system, email them a confirmation and their membership will begin within 24 hours.
Does the membership start when I purchase the Gift Certificate?
Short answer: No
We don't start the clock on the membership until the recipient registers from the Gift Certificate email or reaches out to us to give us their details. That way you can rest assured that even if you purchase it days, weeks or even months in advance the full gifted time will be available to the person you give it to.
Can I give more than one membership at a time?
Of course! To make it easier for the recipient to redeem their Gift Certificate you will need to go through the purchase steps for each one.
Are the Gift Certificates refundable?
The Gift Certificates are not refundable but there is no rush for them to be used. If you decide to give it to someone other than the name you gave us when you bought it you can simply email us at [email protected] to update our records.
